The different types of classes

 

Each of the following class formats has its advantages and the choice between them depends mainly on your personal needs, your fitness goals and the level of individual attention you seek.

 

Whatever option you choose, Pilates aims to strengthen your body in a balanced way, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility and mobility while promoting your body awareness. As for fitness training, it allows the integration biomechanics and musculature in the performance of functional exercises designed to strengthen your body's capabilities on a daily basis.

Private class

Pilates - Cours privé au Pylatica Studio

Private courses tailored to the pace and specific objectives of a single person. Ideal for anyone with specific needs, particularly technical or therapeutic ones, or for anyone wishing to be exclusively focused on their learning and progress thanks to a completely personalised approach. This type of class includes the use of all the Pilates and fitness equipment in the studio.

Semi-private class

Pilates - Cours semi-privé au Pylatica Studio

Courses for 2 to 3 people offering a high level of individual supervision and personalisation while maintaining the pleasure of a collective dynamic. It is a very comfortable option for couples, friends or people from the same family for example, or to meet new people. This type of class includes the use of all the Pilates and fitness equipment in the studio.

Small group class

Pilates - Cours de petit groupe au Pylatica Studio

Courses for 3 to 6 people under the supervision of an instructor. These sessions offer a combination of individual attention and group interaction. The exercises can be adapted to the level of each participant but there is a greater social dynamic and positive emulation in sharing the effort. This type of class includes the use of all the fitness equipment in the studio.
